Ignis engine.

Construction

• This engine was constructed out of 2" PVC with the nozzle and end cap cast directly into the pipe. The fuel ratio on this one turned out to be 57.8 / 42.2 which was too slow burning.

Pros

• Easy to construct.
• Structurally sound.
• Even though the fuel ratio was too low, the engine still produced a substantial amount of thrust.

Cons

• Fuel ratio is too low. A 60 / 40 ratio would be optimum.
